Legal Name
Just as it shows up in the corporation or operational agreement, input the name of the corporation.
Words such as “incorporated”, “limited”, or ends with abbreviations such as the ones below are referred to as corporate indicators and are always at the end of a corporation’s legal names:
By including these indicators to the official or legal name of a corporation, they show its legal entity status.
For instance: "Tax Filing Forms INC" or "Tax Filing Forms".
Alert! Only upper or lower case in sequential order letters (A-Z) and numbers (0-9) can be incorporated in the business name. The IRS however allows the hyphen (-) and ampersand (&) as the only acknowledged symbols!
